We hope you love your GridHaus purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have the right to return items within 14 days of receiving your order, in line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused and in original condition
• Items must be returned in original packaging

Custom or personalised items are non-refundable unless faulty.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

Shipping costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Faulty items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll make it right.
