Order Processing

Orders are usually prepared and dispatched within 1–3 working days.

During especially busy periods, promotions or new product launches, processing may take a little longer. If a product has a different processing time, this will be clearly stated on its product page.

Free UK Delivery

We offer free standard delivery on every UK order, with no minimum spend.

We currently deliver throughout the United Kingdom. If you are interested in international delivery, please contact us before placing your order and we will be happy to discuss the available options.

Estimated Delivery Times

Once dispatched, UK standard delivery usually takes 2–5 working days.

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by postal delays or circumstances outside our control.

Tracking Your Order

Where tracking is available, your tracking information will be included in your dispatch confirmation email.

Delayed or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will be happy to investigate it for you.

Delivery Addresses

Please check that your delivery address is complete and correct before placing your order.

GridHaus cannot accept responsibility for delays or missing parcels caused by an incorrect or incomplete address supplied at checkout. If you notice a mistake after ordering, please contact us as soon as possible. We will always try to amend the address before dispatch, although this cannot be guaranteed.
